How Do I Download And Install Mods For Minecraft PC

After the Forge install is finished You will need to download the mods you'd like to have. There are lots of websites that you can download mods from, however, some aren't as secure as others. Two reliable websites to download mods on are: Planet Minecraft

1. Open the Minecraft launcher.

2. Click the "Edit profile" button.

3. Change your version to Forge. For example, if you have Forge 1.7.10 installed, you will have to select "1.7.10 Forge" on the edit profile tab.

4 Exit Minecraft.

1 Open your Home Windows in your task bar, then type in: "%appdata%".

2 Choose ".minecraft" folder It should be near the top of the window.

3. Search for the "mods" folder. If you don't have it, just create a new folder and name it as "mods".

4 Don't extract your mod file if it is zip when you download it from a website. Drag the zip file into the "mods" folder. If the zip file contains jar files, you will only have to drag the jar file to the "mods" folder.

5 Open your minecraft launcher again (Make sure you've set up your Forge profile If not go through Part 3 again). Click "Play" and you'll need to wait to download some extra libraries. When it's done, enjoy your modified game! Skins Everything is updated , and I tried everything to get it to load. The launch screen is all I see. What do I do?
